2015.This is very late going up as it has been such a busy summer, lots of lovely weddings and events so far this year. We were at the East Kent Ploughing match this week with the BBQ ...what a spectacular day.

2014 This year I am planning to use only local produce, all meat is from local farms and fish from our local fish market.

1/02/14 We are reviving the traditional english tea, with homemade scones and cakes.

2013  What a busy year! The highlight being catering for the dinner the night before the enthronement of the new Archbishop of Canterbury. So many Bishops and other dignitaries attending it was quite a thrill for the team!

6/12/08 Victoria's Catering is once again proud to be sponsoring the Tim Sutton Fowlmead 5. I shall be baking cup-cakes for all the youngsters in the family fun run. Also making a donation to the race funds, which go to promote a healthy & active lifestyle for the children of today & tomorrow.

30/11/08 The food went down well at the Ashford Tri Club annual AGM & awards night, such a friendly crowed, all seamed to be enjoying themselves!

07/10/08 Our holiday to Eastern Europe, was great, some of the old churches and castles were quite special. The food was simply wonderful, which has given me new ideas for those extra special functions I like to do.
Just a shame we had to come home!

23/06/08 Catering for the Lyminge pre-schools fundraising committee on Saturday night, they raised approx £2,500, which also leaves enough to buy some new play equipment for the children.

10/06/08 We've just booked our summer holiday in the mountains, it will be good to taste the local food & bring some idea's home!

05/05/08 At the Whitstable 10K today, I ran 43:11 & finished 1st FV45 the conditions were hot but I'm pleased with the run.

01/05/08 The 'Happy Walkers' curry night at the Hillcrest Sports Injury Clinic in Deal goes down well as they all enjoy themselves.

27/04/08 Today we visited the Horse & Craft Fair at Leeds in the search of further local suppliers.
